Our Story

Slice N Dice was born from a love for great pizza and the belief that food tastes better when it brings people together. Our journey started years ago in a small river town, where we learned firsthand what it means to build a loyal community through scratch-made ingredients, warm hospitality, and relentless commitment to quality.

When we opened Slice N Dice at Oldham Gardens in Crestwood, we set out to create the kind of place we’d want to bring our own family: welcoming, laid-back, and serious about good food. Every pizza starts with a naturally leavened sourdough that ferments for days, topped with fresh-cut produce, premium meats, and creative combinations inspired by flavors we love.

We’re a family joint, and the whole team is hands-on in every part of the process—from dough prep in the morning to greeting guests at the counter. Slice N Dice is more than a kitchen; it’s our craft, our community, and our way of sharing something meaningful with the people around us.
