We’re located near the front entrances to Oldham Gardens, to the right as you pull into the property from Old Lagrange Rd. Look for the Slice N Dice sign! You can park anywhere onsite that isn’t labeled reserved, and we have two dedicated parking spots just outside our door for carryout guests and delivery drivers.
If you park in the back, you’ll have to come through the buildings with the indoor bar and bathrooms, out the front and to the left to get to our counter. We’re right next to “The Sanctuary.”

At Slice N Dice, every crust begins with a living sourdough culture we’ve been nurturing since day one. We let that dough rest and ferment cold for at least 48 hours - no shortcuts, no commercial additives.

• Flavor first. Slow fermentation unlocks deep, toasty notes and a subtle tang you won’t find in flash‑proofed dough. Think artisan bakery meets farm-to-table pizza night.
• Naturally easier to digest. Wild yeasts and friendly bacteria pre‑break down gluten and starches, so many guests tell us sourdough simply “feels lighter.”
• Clean label. We know exactly what’s in every batch of our dough - no conditioners, no high‑fructose corn syrup, no mysteries.
• Perfect texture. Long, cold proofing builds a crisp exterior with an airy, chewy crumb that stays tender even when you’re down to the last slice.

Vegetarian / Vegan: We offer several vegetarian pizza and side options, which you can find detailed in our menu. We also are proud to partner with The BE-Hive, makers of “dope plant food” based in Nashville, TN, for soy-based vegan mozzarella, seitan-based vegan meats, and more.

Dairy-free: Our garlic sauce is dairy free. We currently do not offer dairy-free versions of our signature ranch, lime crema, or broccoli salad.

Gluten-free: We offer a 10” cauliflower crust for guests who avoid gluten, but honesty matters: our team hand‑tosses traditional dough in the same space. We take every reasonable precaution, but celiac‑level diners should know we can’t promise zero cross‑contact.

We are proud to partner with 3rd Turn Brewing at the beautiful Oldham Gardens space, which they’ve been renovating and building since 2016. They have an awesome lineup of their own craft beers, as well as rotating guest taps, whisky and bourbon takeovers, brunch cocktails, and much more! All alcohol must be ordered through 3rd Turn at one of the bars onsite.

Slice N Dice currently serves non-alcoholic options including cane-sugar sodas, San Pellegrino, and teas.

Yes! With nearly two acres of outdoor seating space, there’s plenty of room for leashed and well-behaved good boys and girls to join you at Oldham Gardens!

We’re currently open Tuesday noon-8pm, Wednesday and Thursday noon-9:30pm, Friday and Saturday noon-10:00pm, and Sunday noon-8pm. We’re closed Mondays.

We offer online ordering at this link! You can order delivery through that link as well. If you prefer, we also operate through delivery partners DoorDash and UberEats in the local Crestwood area.
